Key accountabilities
You will be mainly responsible for the below list of tasks:
- Development of new features for the users of our specific Core HR System
- Refactoring existing code in accordance with new standards
- Writing code and libraries that can be re-used in our various microservices
- Feasibility analysis of back-end requests
- Optimisation of applications to ensure maximum processing speed
- Writing technical documentation
- Actively participate in technical design workshops
Technical environment to be used: Microservices architecture, Java/JEE8, Docker, Postgre SQL
Requerimientos
Expectations, experiences & Knowledge
Because of the critical nature of this role, we can only consider candidates who can demonstrate that they meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in any related IT fields with at least 6 – 8 years experience in a development environment
- Industry and full life cycle experience in a java-based environment, along with exceptional analytical, design and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of Java/JEE8 (CDI, JPA, JTA)
- Good technical skills on Git & GitLab (merge request/review)
- Comfortable working with Rest API & SQL
- Proven knowledge of process methodology and ability to develop and improve process
- Excellent English-written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and independent
- Good team player
Desirable
- Multinational exposure & experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Experience in Agile methodology using Scrum framework
- French speaking
